Electric / Motorized Ball Valve
Fast quarter-turn shut-off valve with low flow resistance, suitable for water, air, oil and compatible industrial media.

Electric & Motorized Valve Solutions
Complete valve and electric actuator assemblies for shut-off, diversion and flow regulation. Fleyenda helps match the valve body with a suitable actuator for torque, speed, voltage, control mode, waterproof protection, explosion-proof duty and power-failure behavior.
For faster selection, include valve type, size, medium, pressure, temperature, material, voltage, control signal, fail-safe requirement and quantity.

Electric Actuator Advantages
Faster operation, higher enclosure protection, hazardous-area options and practical fail-safe functions help reduce selection risk and keep projects moving.
Optional fast operating times for rapid opening and closing.
High enclosure protection available on selected actuator models.
For hazardous-area applications, subject to model and certificate.
Power-off reset and fail-safe return functions available by configuration.
Common actuator models kept in stock for faster quotation and delivery.
Product Range
Select the valve structure according to pipeline size, pressure, medium, temperature and flow-control duty, then match the electric actuator to torque, voltage, control method and installation environment.

Fast quarter-turn shut-off valve with low flow resistance, suitable for water, air, oil and compatible industrial media.

Compact and economical electric valve for medium- and large-diameter pipelines, available for shut-off or proportional control.

Designed for full-open or full-close pipeline isolation with low pressure loss, commonly used in water, power and industrial systems.

Suitable for slurry, pulp, wastewater and media containing suspended solids, with a blade designed to cut through thick media.

Precise throttling and flow-regulation valve for steam, thermal oil, water and process-control applications.
Technical Options
Electric and motorized valve selection involves both the valve body and the electric actuator. The groups below keep the full selection information visible without turning every detail into a separate card.
Define valve structure, pipeline connection and mechanical rating.
Match body, trim and sealing materials to the operating medium.
Select actuator torque, voltage, operating speed and protection.
Integrate the valve with PLC, DCS or building automation systems.
Typical Valve Configuration by Application
Valve Applications
Valve type, material and actuator configuration should be selected according to the actual working conditions.
Water treatment, sewage, pumping stations, filtration and pipeline isolation.
Chilled water, hot water, cooling towers and building automation systems.
Boiler systems, cooling water, steam pipelines and auxiliary equipment.
Corrosive-media control with suitable body, trim, seat and sealing materials.
Knife gate valves for slurry, pulp, suspended solids and abrasive media.
PLC-controlled production lines, process systems and remote flow control.
Project & Procurement Support
A reliable motorized valve package requires the valve body, actuator, controls, documentation and accessories to work together under the same service conditions. Common actuator models are available from stock, while project-specific configurations can be selected around speed, IP protection, hazardous-area duty and power-failure behavior.
Valve and actuator recommendations based on real pipeline and process conditions.
Material options for water, steam, oil, slurry and compatible chemical media.
On/off, modulating, feedback, fail-safe and intelligent control configurations.
Valve pressure, leakage, actuator operation and electrical-function testing.
Datasheets, dimensions, wiring diagrams, inspection records and certificates as applicable.
Custom labels, actuator configuration, accessories, packaging and project supply.
FAQ
Practical questions that often come up before an RFQ or actuator selection.
In many industrial applications the terms overlap. Both generally describe a valve operated by an electric motor actuator. The important selection points are valve structure, required torque, voltage, control method and service conditions.
Common configurations include ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, globe valves and knife gate valves. Quarter-turn actuators are typically used for ball and butterfly valves, while multi-turn or suitable linear/multi-turn solutions are used for gate and globe valve applications.
Yes, when the valve and actuator are selected for regulating duty. Common inputs include 0–10V, 2–10V and 4–20mA, with position feedback available on suitable configurations.
Provide valve type and size, medium, working or differential pressure, temperature, operating speed, voltage and any fail-safe requirement. Actuator torque should be matched to actual valve duty rather than pipe size alone.
Typical project options include 24V DC, 24V AC, 110V AC, 220V AC and 380V AC, with on/off, 3-point floating, modulating and intelligent control depending on the actuator model.
Protection levels such as IP65, IP67 and IP68 are available by model. Selected explosion-proof actuator configurations can be supplied up to Ex d IIC T4/T6 Gb; final marking and suitability should be confirmed against the selected actuator certificate and project area classification.
Yes. Selected actuator models are available with 3–10 second operating-time options and power-failure reset / fail-safe return functions. Standard actuator models are also kept in stock for common project requirements.
